South Kingstown Little League Accepting Baseball Equipment For Island Donation

I was reading through my messages this morning and came across one from South Kingstown Little League on Instagram. It read, “This Saturday!!! Calling all friends of #SKLL, if you have any unneeded baseball equipment, new or used, please help out!! One of our players is organizing this equipment drive and would really appreciate your help! Drop off Saturday at Old Mountain Field between 10am-11am or Tuckertown between 5:30pm-6:30pm. Please share away!!!”

Old Mountain Field, home of the South Kingstown High School Rebels, South Kingstown Little League, and the NECBL’s Ocean State Waves, just to name a few of its field participants, is located off Kingstown Rd in Wakefield. Tuckertown Park is located off Route 1 N/S depending on which way you are traveling and is conveniently on Tuckertown Road.

Please share with others in your baseball community. Again, Saturday June 25th, two drop off locations – Old Mountain Field from 10-11am and Tuckertown Park from 5:30-6:30pm. Thank you to all those who organized this and to all those who choose to donate.

The RIBBE is a network of coaches, tournament directors, parents, leagues, and baseball junkies whose passion of the game of baseball is unquestioned. I believe that providing expert analysis, information and directions to ballfields, and coaching advice from some of the top RI baseball minds will help promote the game of baseball here in RI to a whole new level.
