Rhode Island Connie Mack Baseball Season To Begin June 23

As the 2021 Rhode Island Interscholastic League Spring Baseball season rolls on, it is never too early to think about summer baseball. One of the best Rhode Island summer baseball leagues for high school age baseball players is the Connie Mack Baseball League. Connie Mack is part of the AABC, the American Amateur Baseball Congress, which “strives to enlarge and advance the scope of amateur baseball by stimulating interest and competition and to provide a sound experienced organization to assist and educate local groups in obtaining the maximum citizenship values,” according to their website www.aabc.usapremiersports.com. That tradition of high level baseball continues this summer here in Rhode Island.

Starting June 23rd, the 2021 Rhode Island Connie Mack Baseball League season will begin. There are 14 teams scheduled to play this summer. Here is a list of teams:

  • Chariho
  • Coventry
  • Cranston Bulldogs
  • East Greenwich
  • East Providence
  • Flood Ford Auto
  • LaSalle
  • Narragansett-South Kingstown
  • Slocum Baseball Club
  • Tiverton
  • Vogie (Mt. Hope)
  • Warwick PAL
  • Westerly
  • West Warwick

There are individual team pages for each of the teams participating in the 2021 Connie Mack Baseball League. You can find more information, such as rosters, team schedules, standings, field locations, and more by clicking this link – Connie Mack 2021. Last year’s league champion was Flood Ford Auto. I was able to get out to a few games last summer and they were all very competitive games featuring top Rhode Island High School baseball talent. Here are a few photos from those games:

As more information becomes available, I will post on my social media pages and here on the RIBBE site. Good luck to all the players, coaches, and families participating in the 2021 Rhode Island Connie Mack Baseball League this summer.
