Rhode Island High School Baseball Clinic, Registrations, Professional Baseball Players Helping Out – A Trip Around The Social Media Bases

Every day on the social media pages of the Rhode Island baseball community, I learn something new. League updates, facilities offering clinics, proud parent moments, fans posting interesting stories, updates on league registrations, and photos/videos of indoor baseball training. Here are a few that caught my attention this past week:

Moe Joe Baseball Academy and the Zorian Baseball Training Academy are happy to announce a clinic for 15-16u Baseball players. This clinic will run for 4 weeks from 2/20 to 3/13 in 90 minute sessions from 7:30-9PM. This clinic will cover hitting and fielding with professional instructors, led and managed by Rob Zorian of @ZorianBats (www.zorianbats.com) with former Oakland A’s player Zenith Marimon . See below for details and feel free to email mjbacages@gmail.com with questions and/or to register.

It’s cold outside – Lincoln Little League Registration is officially open. Visit www.lincolnrilittleleague.org.

The RIBBE is The Rhode Island Baseball Experience. It is promoting the game of baseball here in the great state of Rhode Island for the entire baseball world to see. The RIBBE is positive stories, photos, videos, and responsible social media posts. The RIBBE is an information resource for families looking for an AAU team or a summer camp or a great place to buy a first baseman’s mitt. The RIBBE is a network of coaches, tournament directors, parents, leagues, and baseball junkies whose passion of the game of baseball is unquestioned. I believe that providing expert analysis, information and directions to ballfields, and coaching advice from some of the top RI baseball minds will help promote the game of baseball here in RI to a whole new level.
