Sacrifice Present #11 – Name This Rhode Island Baseball Field

First things first, Sacrifice Present #10, courtesy of Axis Bats, goes to Chris Charette. Chris, along with close to 100 responders (popular guy!) correctly identified RIC’s Shaun Gamelin as the Rhode Island Baseball Player Congrats Chris. And now let’s giveaway another Sacrifice Present to one lucky person who can correctly identify this Rhode Island Baseball Field…

  • Located in West Warwick, RI
  • Positioned between several baseball and softball fields, amazing basketball courts, the Washington Secondary Bike Path, soccer fields, and tons of incredible recreational space
  • Stadium seating from dugout to dugout makes you feel like you are in a Minor League Baseball park
  • One of the best fields for Rhode Island Babe Ruth and Little League’s Junior, Senior Divisions
  • One of the best fields for American Legion, Connie Mack Leagues
  • Home to Rhode Island Senior Mens Baseball League games
  • Travel teams, showcase events, summer collegiate baseball leagues have all played here
  • Home to West Warwick High School and RIIL baseball games
  • Home to many, many Rhode Island State Baseball Championship games, even title games
  • I can’t confirm but seem to recall playing against West Warwick High School at this field. I definitely remember the Rajotte brothers and the @&& whooping every time we played WWHS, just can’t remember if it was this field or another one. There has been a lot of construction in that area since 1988-90, but I am fairly certain I played on that field for the NKHS Skippers.
  • I have attended hundreds of baseball games here in Rhode Island. I have walked around this field to take photos, watch games, and be a baseball fan to whomever is playing on the field. This field is one of the best baseball fields to experience a game. Sit behind home plate, sit in right field, sit next to the dugouts – every view will give you a fantastic Rhode Island Baseball Experience.
