Brown University Baseball Winter Clinics – Pitching/Catching, Hitting/Base Running

I was reading through social media last night and read a post about an upcoming set of clinics shared by Brown University Baseball Head Coach Grant Achilles. Brown University Baseball will be hosting two winter clinics this January. The first clinic will focus on pitching and catching on Saturday, January 15th. Then, on January 22nd, Brown Baseball will host a clinic focused on hitting and baserunning. Both clinics will be held at the Olney-Margolies Athletics Center, which is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the main campus of Brown University, and just a “stones throw” from Terrence Murray Stadium, home of the Brown Baseball Team. According to their online registration page, “Top-level instruction will be provided by the Brown University Coaching staff, as well as current players. The ample amount of individual instruction and clinic work gives each player instant feedback on what they can do to develop their game long after the conclusion of the clinic.”

Here are the registration links to the two clinics:

Per the online registration pages, “This clinic is open to ANY AND ALL 2023, 2024, and 2025 graduates.” Both clinics run from 9am to about 1pm. In the event of “reasonable weather,” the clinic’s page mentions the possibility of using Attanasio Family Field at Murray Stadium. There is a fee for the clinic(s) and details about the individual sessions on each registration link I have provided. Also, you may want to inquire about health and safety protocols at Brown University for visitors. If you have any further questions about these Brown University Baseball Clinics, the contact email for the clinics is:
