Rhode Island Devils Baseball Organization Earning Regional and National Recognition

I received an email yesterday from the Rhode Island Devils Baseball Organization along with a few snapshots that really caught my eye. In the photos, The RI Devils 18U club were listed as the #3 ranked team in a recent Perfect Game 18U End of Summer New England Regional ranking. And on the PG 18U End of Summer National ranking of top 75 teams, the RI Devils were listed as the #70 team. What an incredible accomplishment!!!

I messaged Coach Chris Genao about the team and he was proud the RI Devils were a “top team in the nation in only 2 years of organization, helping kids in RI reach their dreams!” Coach Genao went on to mention that “most of those guys were 16/17 playing up.” He sent me a few photos of the RI Devils team from the summer as well.

The RI Devils Coaching Staff includes:

  • Manager Jason Sanford
  • Head Coach Chris Genao
  • Assistant Coach – David Baccaire
  • Assistant Coach – Zach Odsen

And the 2021 18U RI Devil Roster:
